Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label.
Secure the Fragrance
Carefully place the perfume bottle in its original designer packaging and use a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent breakage.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Quality Inspection & Refund
